Refunds - any received to date?

We were booked on the Rotterdam for January 2021.  Received our refund today. Still waiting for our FCC to be returned.

Glad you got your refund.  Does the Rotterdam cruise still appear on your account?  If not, do you know when it disappeared?  Thanks..

It does not and disappeared within the last several days.

Thank you.  I was thinking that when our Veendam and Rotterdam cruises disappeared our refunds would soon appear.  Sadly they still appear on our accounts.

Don’t bet on refunds showing up as soon as they disappear.

 

My Zuiderdam cruise was gone in one day and I still had a wait for my refund.  My FCC just appeared as my TA asked for it to be accelerated since I had booked.

Well great.  After waiting 98 days for our refund of $15,000 DH found out today (accidentally) that it's been put towards an FCC 😞  

He just happened to look at his HAL account today and it was there.  It was not there the last time we looked, probably at least a month ago.  

Not happy.  Like starting all over again.  Just 2 days ago he did a chat and was told our refund was coming.....grrr.

Oh, ugh!  This should not be happening!    HAL will just have to fix it.  I swear that HAL has the most unreliable IT programs and now the accounting department's software is screwy. 

 

Our TA said she can't even phone HAL accounting but has to email them. It ends up taking several days instead of mere hours.  Best of luck with this and please keep us posted:)

Thank you Silver! DH did another chat and apparently it still shows to her as a refund coming to us, although she could also see what we saw, the FCC...   Will call our PCC on Monday (why do these things always happen on the weekend?? Lol)  The whole thing is messed up.  We never asked for the FCC.
