Does FCC come direct from Royal Caribbean or via travel agent

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't remember the answer. I'm waiting for some FCC for a cruise I cancelled. Will I get an email direct from RC or will it be sent to travel agent to forward to me?

Might be neither, call RCI, it may have already been issued but it may have never made it to your inbox.

As per a Royal’s FAQ’s

Will my client’s Future Cruise Credit be sent directly to him/her? If so, how will travel partners be notified?

All Future Cruise Credits will be sent directly to the impacted guest, with the associated travel partner in copy.

As Ken said, we got emails from Royal, which I then passed on to our TA (although she can look them up).  Note that for two people cruising we did get separate emails, so for two cruises we now have four separate FCC numbers.  In our case both passengers had the same fare originally so all four FCC were the same - $799 base fare + 25% for $999.

My email clearly was sent to my TA to forward.

For starters the heading was “Fw:  Here's your Cruise with Confidence certificate”!

The sender was my TAs email address.

Then it says “Please contact your client and share this FCC with them...”

Perhaps it works differently in U.K.?
