Dining Question

We are supposed to have late seating on our upcoming cruise. I thought I remembered it saying late seating on the Celebrity website when I looked at our reservation. I just looked and it says MAIN seating. Is that the late seating? Just need to know if I need to contact the appropriate persons when I get onboard.

If you want late and call your TA and request change.

Were you guaranteed late seating or were you on a priority waitlist?

 

Last cruise we recieved docs that showed late seating and the card in our room stated main. We simply went down to the Maitre'd right before sailing and he switched us back to what we were originally booked...no problems.

 

I would also add we have been waitlisted for late dining guaranteed in main, and have always been switched to late.

We had originally scheduled late seating when we booked onboard Navigator of the Seas. I am 99.9% positive our docs say late seating and I thought online it said late seating before as well. I guess it's good that I am paranoid and rechecking everything from airport shuttle reserveration, plane reservation, hotel, etc.

Just call Celebrity and see what they say. We had some interesting dining issues the last time and they were very helpful when we called and then again onboard with the Maitre'D.

VERY ODD....I called last night and they told me SUPPOSEDLY someone requested our dining selection to be changed on Feb 1st....it definitely wasn't US! Wouldn't they need to make sure it was the correct names on the reservation they were changing?

More often than not, you can get moved once you are on the ship.

Unfortunately that dept was closed for the evening. I need to call today and have them fix it.
