Hallelujah - I’m fully refunded

Thank you, fans.  
 

As of this morning I’ve received all funds paid to Royal. 

 

You know who is worse than Royal? 
 

United Airlines. 
 

I started refund process with them before Royal and still haven’t seen a dime refunded. 
 

When will Royal declare bankruptcy?

Me too full cash refund on second cancelled cruise...but the FCC I asked for on a cruise that was cancelled two weeks prior....nothing..nada..zip.  😞 

 

Won't be asking for FCC for next round of cancelled cruises.

With Royal, never.
 

I’ll stick to luxury cruises and leave Royal for the poors.

Thank you. I’ve rented my vacation home in Colorado to some board members here. Bookings are way down compared to previous years.
 

I, too, feel the pain of a broken economy.

Avis rent-a-car kinda sucks too. Almost to the point, I wanted to seek out Car Rental forums.

not only a nasty comment to the rest of us but wishing a great cruise line line RCI to go into bankruptcy is just plain

mean.

With that attitude, I am sure most of us will take our "poor" life over yours any day.

We had a LOS 04/26/20 cancelled. Part of our payment was an old FCC we were given by Royal due to some 'issues' on EOS. We rec'd our $ refund but asked that our FCC be transferred to our Nov. repo on Adventure (NJ to TX). Where would we "find" that in our paperwork? Anyone have a guess?

You got me...I assumed it would come via an email.  I will give it another month, then I will call CS.  I am just going to take it and transfer to a cruise mid 2021 anyway, so they still get to keep it one way or another.  😉

All the OP has done is whine about their refund. Funny thing is that if they had done nothing, their refund probably would have come at the same time.

Thousands of refunds that all have to be done individually overwhelming the employees that are doing it while taking the abuse of the customers.

The OP is obviously above us all and I have no idea why they are cruising this inferior cruise line in the first place

Glad the RC refund finally arrived.

Still waiting for mine, but no stress.

 

American Airlines refunded my flights in three days.

 

Not sure what is meant by the "poors"--you never know how others spend their money and on what!  (My DH prefers skiing over cruising any day of the week--Europe more than Colorado as the vertical drops are greater.)

 

As for me, I find ALL cruise lines quite similar--the only way to truly achieve luxury is to charter or own your own yacht!

Seriously? You pre-paid a car rental? Next time try https://www.autoslash.com/ They find lower prices on your booking. The guy at Thrifty who was trying to upsell us, was amazed that our rental price was showing up as less than on our confirmation. :classic_smile:
