We were in 1604 and enjoyed our balcony. 

This is not about balconies, but I would advise you if you have time to get to BA early and fly to Iguazu to see the falls.  That definitely became the highlight of our cruise.  We stayed at the Gran Melia which is in the park and is a bit expensive but worth every penny.  We booked our flights from BA to Iguazu as one ways so we could fly out early and return on the latest flight next day..  This basically gave us 2 days in Iguazu for only one night lodging.
