Captain’s Club Power Up Points

I'm Elite Plus and just completed the survey offer.  But I'm far away from Zenith, so I doubt I will get there in my cruising lifetime!  Maybe that's why I got it.😀

i see what my problem was.   I didn’t read the full question about having to rate every destination.  I thought I only had to rate those that appealed to me.

My wife received the offer, under my email address.  about 6 weeks ago I stopped receiving emails and started receiving emails for my wife.  i asked if she was getting mine, and she said no.....they just stopped.

 

I am so impressed with the IT department.....

Thank you, garyl62 for posting the Survey link.  My husband got the Survey, which I answered...after hitting the Survey link, I put my Captain's Club number in and was able to answer the Survey under my name.

 

miched, I had to repeat the Survey a few times also, and then made sure I hit the arrow on my ipad hard enough so each question got answered.

My DH received it, but not me.  I filled it out and submitted for him.  We’re Elite+, but doubt if will even make areal difference.

I had to go find it in junk mail.  Easy enough.  Took a minute to randomly click on boxes and submit.  Eventually will get to elite plus.  Don’t see zenith anywhere in the cards.  But elite plus in 2 years probably If the  cruises go this year

I got the email and managed to get it all filled out and accepted. Since our next X cruise might be Nov. 2022 on Xpedition, if I can accumulate points every month between now and then, maybe I'll make Elite Plus. Then I can get all the (nonexistent) benefits for that cruise.

I'm just glad to finally have a way to move up from "Preview" status.  I was hoping to get points for the canceled cruise but this is better than nothing.

Hi.  Taxatty, sounds like you're going to Galapagos which is an all inclusive setup.  Nothing to spend benefits on except maybe laundry (which you will generate lots of with two excursions/hikes a day!)  Have a wonderful time, it's an awsome trip.

This survey sounds like an ordeal, how long does it take to do?

I wonder if Crown & Anchor will be doing something similar?  Or Azamara?

 

I am Elite Plus, I got it but with no chance I will ever get to Zenith. I would like to get something similar for Crown and Anchor since I am only a few points short of Diamond Plus. Azamara and Celebrity are both Captains Club as far as points.

I get more Celebrity emails than all other cruise lines combined. They actually send me duplicates to two different email addresses. But I don’t get any for RC even though I want them. They stopped years ago and their IT can’t figure out how to send them to me. My email preferences for Celebrity, RC and Azamara are checked but I only get Celebrity and Azamara.

Thanks Gary! My DW got the email with my CC# listed. So I used the link you provided, put my CC# in and she edited the link she got and put her number in. Both seemed to work flawlessly, but I guess time will tell!

That was the same for me! Filled it out for him and submitted. There was a box within the email that had his CC number pre-filled in. I just changed his CC number to mine, filled out the survey again and submitted again with my number for me. And now we wait to see if the points show up...lol
