Move fully paid cruise to 2021?

Our river cruise is September from Memphis to New Orleans on the American Queen. It is fully paid for. (we paid for flights too)

Has anyone moved a fully paid trip to next year? Are there any bonuses for doing that?

Trying to decide whether to wait for them to cancel or do it ourselves.

Hopefully meeting with our travel companions this week to discuss the pros and cons. Not really sure if we want to spend the whole trip with masks on and social distancing.

Thanks for any help.

Our "Mighty Mississippi" (23-day) scheduled for next week was cancelled by AQ. We are taking the 125% and doing two cruises next year... the 16-day "Mighty Mississippi" and one other cruise. Waiting for the FFC to kick in!
