Cruise with children

Recommended Posts

Last August I took my family on a three generational cruise around the med on Discovery 2. The two girls were aged 10 and 9. The four of them shared a two bedroomed cabin on deck 8. There was lots to do and we didn't use the kids club. We went  out every day except the one sea day which was spent swimming, climbing the wall, eating ice cream and drinking mocktails. The staff are especially kind to children and after 24 hours knew their favourite drinks and food. The girls enjoyed the shows in the evening. I am just so glad that we went last year! I would especially recommend the Discovery ships.
