Hildavid Posted July 1, 2020 #3 Share Posted July 1, 2020 I contacted HAL on 2 occasions today over our very late refund of a cancelled cruise in March. The first time was through their chat feature from the HAL website.I waited no more than 5 minutes and I got an very friendly agent. Unfortunately he was unable to supply the information I was looking for, and he referred me to the reservation department at 1-800-426-0327. Upon calling that number, I was connected within a few minutes to a very knowledgeable rep who answered all my questions and satisfied my inquires about my late refund.
