Financial news update shows RCL paid with stock to purchase the remaining 1/3 ownership of Silver Seas Cruises.  So now SS 100% owned inside 'Group'.

Makes sense now why the name change to group.  Glad that was just a stock purchase and but there is a lot of debt that needs to addressed eventually.

Easier to shift ships around and/or consolidate brands. For instance fold Celebrity ships into Royal Caribbean. Or maybe merge another cruise line into the group like NCL.
