No clue, Brian. I assume those are changing rooms at a beach. All the movie star names that I can read are American. Don't know, however, if it's actually in the US. Not sure where all Anne has been in the US. First thought would be LA or Miami, but thinking, maybe, somewhere on Cape Cod. I think I remember that Anne has done a New England/Canada cruise. Or not!!

Finally, albeit with the aid of Google!!!!  Yes, it is the Promenade des Planches in Deauville where they hold an American Film Festival every September and the beach huts are named after actors and directors who have attended in person... Most guests tend to visit the Normandy landing beaches when the ships port call in Honfleur but I toured the Calvados coast and a couple of distilleries along the way...

Another great place to visit from Honfleur is Giverny.

 

Normandy is good to visit from Cherbourg, also.

If they had one, I’m sure I’d order it!  🤤  Yes, it’s the only cocktail on Crystal’s menu the past few years that I can think of off the top of my head (but I could be wrong) that’s garnished with a wedge of pink, even if not tuna.

Pink grapefruit comes to mind, and I know there are a number of cocktails in the menu that involve grapefruit juice.  Being on a statin prescription, I can't have grapefruit - so those cocktails have never registered with me, other than something to pass over when I'm reading the menu.

Our neighbor just gave an orange seedless watermelon (it's a CSA thing, and yes, I had to search on CSA myself, and it's not the Confederate States of America one.)

 

Anyway, I knew there were watermelons, I knew there were seedless ones, but I did not know there are orange seedless watermelons.  Supposed to be sweeter than the red variety.

 

We shall see.  It's uncut and residing in the cellar (OK, basement.)  It's a little intimidating.  If I don't post again, call the watermelon police.  Tell them to look in the basement.

I'm pretty sure the garnish is pink grapefruit and I'm also pretty sure it is a gin based cocktail, however, as a non-gin drinker it isn't on my radar and its name isn't on the tip of my tongue!!!

Just finished off my CSA juicilicious red seeded watermelon tonight. It lasted a whole week as my dessert every night.  I have had those orange seedless ones before, they are as tasty as advertised.

I took this photo two years ago today, August 5, 2018. It’s provided chuckles ever since. 

 

Even though it was a Sunday, the offer of “free weekend parking” wasn’t bringing out the locals to cash in on the deal. From our wandering around town that day, it didn’t seem apparent that parking is ever a serious problem here. But I always say never never pass up an opportunity when it’s staring you in the face! 👌

 

Anyone want to take a stab at the location?

Got out my magnifying glass. Over the door it says something about gifts and collectibles. That's any town on the itinerary of any Alaska cruise. Then what I could read around the picture of the woman I put into Google. Think I must not be reading it correctly as it's something about Hindi sex porn!!! 😜🙄😆
