Flying from Tornto Canada to Venis Italy

The last time we flew to Frankfurt the plane was late.  As we deplaned, Lufthansa identified us.  The took us down the stairs below gate to a waiting car and whisked us to our waiting  Rome flight.  Fastest connection we have ever experienced.

 

It was all good until we got to Rome.  Our checked bags did not make it...they came on the next flight two hours later.  One reason why we only do carry on now.
