B2B cruise sydney

Recommended Posts

Hey All, just wondering if someone can explain how B2B cruises work. Looking at doing a carnival cruise from Sydney. Do we have to get off and go through customs like usual or are we taken off, then taken back on straight away. Thanks all..

Usually you have to get off and clear customs then are allowed back on the ship after all passengers have left the ship, typically around 11am. Carnival docks at Circular Quay so it's usually quite pleasant strolling aound there and the Rocks, have a decent coffee ashore or even lunch as a change from ship fare.

The last time we did a b2b on Celebrity Solstice we were given our cruise cards prior to getting off.  We did pass thru Customs and Immigration.  On our return the process was much quicker as there was a special que for us. We had to show our passports. We already had our ID cards and pretty much just walked back on and to our stateroom as we were in the same room.

The Carnival ship will dock at 6:30 & Passengers will start disembarking from 7:00. The last passengers inc The B2B ones will disembark 9:00-9:15.

You will have to get off  I usually walk 500 meters up the road to restock on soft drinks. You can record from 11:00 with the Diamond & Platnium VIFP Passengers.

There is NO BETTER, sail-Out then Sydney. The world's best harbour..
