Yes, the Viking world Cruise is too expensive.,
Even if they include all shore excursions, unlimited alcohol, speciality dining, unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, spa, unlimited photos, etc

It's all relative. There are people who live hand-to-mouth for whom even the idea of doing ANY cruise is way out of reach. Likewise, there are people who have the money but not willing to spend it (for lots of different things), or, conversely, people who really don't have the money to buy certain things but do so anyway. All a matter of where priorities are.
