OBC on cancelled cruise when only deposit made

Hey everyone,  I apologize if this has previously been asked but we are booked on Vista Nov. 21st.  Our final pmt is due Sept 7th. Our question to those who have lived thru this already is, if (as we expect will happen) our cruise is cancelled, will we be offered the $600 OBC if we have only paid our deposit or is the $600 only offered once you have paid your balance in full?  Thank you for your responses!

Carnival is also smart.

They will only cancel the cruise after receiving everyone's final payment.

 

so yes you will get 600 OBC for transferring after full payment only
