Contact your state attny gen office for refund on cruise insurance

Our cruise on NCL was cancelled in March. We purchased cruise ins and they told me too bad.. no refunds. Guess what? Mass attorney general made them refund it. Not a big amt of money but it did not sit well with me that they were keeping against travel that was cancelled by the operator. How do you keep money to insure a trip that never even happened? Call your attny gen!

I had to call Norwegian but I was credited back for my insurance paid for a cancelled April and November cruise.
