Sorry for the redundant post. We crossed at same time. My PCC told me earlier that accounts were being updated with FCC and OBC from cancelled cruises. I was surprised by OBC which came with the bonus FCC.

Sure hope that my FCC comes through today!

Maybe it blew up.  Bits and bytes all over the show.

Would be a blessing in disguise if it did.  HAL could quickly  clone/ modify the Carnival or Princess web site application to fit HAL...just as long as they upgraded the hardware and comm.  at the same time.

I've been trying since this morning.  I've been having issues lately with Chrome and have been using Edge for HAL.

I put a hold on 2 sailings yesterday afternoon and they expire shortly.  Was going to do a re-hold since my TA couldn't get even a message yesterday when she called.  I'll be so very annoyed if, when she finally talks to someone, there are no cabins available.  It's a deeply-discounted casino rate.  For whatever reason, I don't get emails about them, even though I'm signed up to receive emails about EVERYTHING.  Typically, by the time I get the mailer and go online, all the cheap cabins are gone.  So frustrating.  If I miss out on these, I will be very unhappy.

FTR, I did reset my pw and was able to do that online.  It was old and needed to be updated anyway.  Still wouldn't let me log in, though.

Holland America and Princess phone systems have been down since yesterday, both their phone systems quit working yesterday but their web sites were fine yesterday today not so much. At least Princess placed on their website they were having technical issues as well as their phone system. Holland America is crickets with weird recordings when you try to call them. Princess does states they will be up tomorrow morning. So I am assuming so will HAL.

Account is now back up but no new FCC or other additions.

None for me either.  I think it is time to have a chat with them.  We've only been waiting 151 days for our FCC.

Ditto - we’re over 150 days too. 😞

I think it was 160 days to get my first round of FCC, and then HAL applied them two days later to a cruise that they then 3 days later cancelled due to the sale of the ship!  Still waiting on that to be cleared up - what a mess.....

Getting a bit ridiculous at that point.

I agree with you.  That’s why I’m turning FCC into refund

We were inside the penalty phase on our Norway cruise, so the FCC is what we normally would have forfeited.  I think it is FCC or nothing.

Currently on the website it says:

"Due to a technical issue, which is currently being worked on, our call centers are temporarily unavailable."

Got the same message.

Maybe HAL is throwing in the towel.  I tried to reach them all weekend and again today.  The website is a mess and the phones don't work.  I would think most major companies would have found an outsource solution by now.  I called CCL corporate earlier and they seem to have no inkling that this "ship is out of the water and on the rocks"
