A new comp offer was added on the Princess site for me, but I haven't received an email yet with the details and itinerary. It says earned 7.26, book by 11.1 , and sail by 12.31.24. I hope it's at least a  balcony up to 20 days with Princess plus. I really want to book some vacations for next year!

How do you find this in your offers?

It's in a strange place. Login to Princess. Go to my account. Then my profile, click on cruise savings/circle savings. Then click on onboard credits. It will give you a list of all your casino offers. It only has Freeplay amount, book by date, and sail date. Not many details on there.

Unfortunately, the offers are listed on your account, long before you receive

the details either my email or snail mail.

And if you call Princess casino, they will tell you "we can't see the offer either"

They also can't tell you the Campaign Code, which you will need to BOOK the offer.

So its a waiting game.....To see the actual Details of your Offer.

Thanks for this info. I checked my account and found I had this offer as well. It does say 9990 - $250 freeplay (redeem casino) and then same book by 11/01/22 and sail by 12/31/24.

Other offers (a couple of not that great vip offers) are still in my account, but they have a different number -- 8978. Do those numbers (9990 and 8978) mean anything?

How do you tell when Princess Casino's pay's of your comp cruise ?

Do you received any "paid in full" invoice or any notice at all ?

Our original casino booking say balance due by apox 7 days before the cruise, that doesnt leave much time to maybe find that the comp balance hasn't been paid by the casino dept if there's a problem ...

Anyone with previous experiences would be helpful

I would check in 7 days to make sure it was paid.

I am pretty new to Princess Casino bookings, but I think you call the regular Casino department number is the one you call.

We currently have a comped cruise booking that sails August 13th. On Friday, I got an email from Princess with an attachment showing there was still a balance (due by July 27, so already past). I called the regular Casino 800 number to ask about it and the agent said it would be paid, they are really busy right now, but it would be paid. He suggested I call back on Friday, and said if it wasn't paid by then, they would escalate it.

A week before sailing seems pretty late to me, but the agent did say they are busy and have a lot of casino bookings to deal with. I will call on Friday and will post then, balance paid or balance still owing.

So Princess hasn't canceled your reservation already that had a balance due on 7-27-22 ?

We just got this offer via email.  Offered us a minisuite, Princess Plus and $1500 fp.  It also appears to include some places that we have not received before (more Europe and some Australia cruises show up when I do a search).  Waiting for the casino line to open so I can check it out as we are currently booked on an Australia cruise this winter and will certainly change if so.

Yes, I was disappointed that mine had no Princess Plus either. I was getting those Princess Plus included offers for a while, but lately it seems to be free inside stateroom and some freeplay, but no PP. I wonder if they will bring that back or if sales have rebounded enough that they don't have to offer it to smaller gamblers like me.

I assume I can pay to add Princess Plus. Is it $50 per person, per day? And what about upgrades? If prices drop and the balcony cabins come down in price, will I need to pay the price of the balcony at booking time, or the difference in price between an inside and a balcony? Anyone know?

Last night (Thursday) I got a new invoice showing balance owing had been paid. That is a load off my mind. We sail in 8 days, so they do seem to be leaving it closer to the sail date there days.

I received an email stating that my Sept. cruise has a zero balance.  Ok.

BUT we have a cruise in 9 days that still Hasn't been paid by Casino dept.🤔

I called today & was told,  casino is paying 7 days from cruise.  What?

Thursday will be 7 days, and I will definately be calling.  We Shouldn't have to. 🤨

Yes, you can add Princess Plus for $50 pp/day (or Premier for $75).  The upgrade price is a fixed amount for the casino offers, unrelated to the public price of your preferred upgrade class (and unaffected by price fluctuations).

Update:  I sent emails to customerrelations@princesscruises.com

also,  casinoinquiry@princesscruises.com

Along with a note of my displeasure at the Late payoff and causing undue stress.

Signed my name with Elite#..........  ( don't know if it helps being Elite, but were tired of this nonsense.)

The next day One of those email addys sent me an email, Paid in full....

although it does Still Show a Balance owing?

I printed it,  and plan to bring with us later this week.

Hi folks!

A question on the princess players offers. I've seen conflicting messaging in different channels.

When booking a casino offer as a solo cruiser,  are you required to pay double occupancy for the room? Or just the fare for the solo cruiser? I've seen conflicting information and the princess website with players club offers is TERRIBLE.

Thanks in advance!

I have booked solo several times but with free rooms only and only pay taxes for one. I would suggest calling and asking.

Thinks of taking advantage of a great offer - mini suite, $1500 free play, Princess Plus. Anyone know if this can be applied to two cruises back to back? Are all the perks good on both, including free play?

thanks.

If you read the offer small print, I believe that you get the free mini suite, princess plus, but not the free play for 2nd or 3rd cruise booked.  Most offers are "up to three cruises" - but only one time for the free play.

quote from one of my offers:  " Casino free play applies to a single new booking"
