Well they have finally acknowledged that my cruise won’t be going ahead, no idea what took so long,

Yes, saw an announcement that the cruise suspension extended to Dec 31 2020. Based on that, unless they radically change their downunder schedules ie only sailing here for our summer season [Sep-Apr] it would seem we will have no Royal ships here until Sep 2021.

We already shifted our Celebrity Solstice Apr '21 cruise to Mar '22 in anticipation of that,

You can still book for January next year... if you're confident...

No I’m not.

I won’t be giving them any more money until @gbenjo is back at circular quay.

Something which is not known.

A front for the Chinese navy tried to buy the islands around Havana harbour off Vanuatu.
Havana harbour is a natural deep water harbour.Lelepa is part of that harbour .

Uncle Sam and the Australian government lobbied the Vanuatu government to block it.

A bit off subject BUT.
Also at the time the Chinese where going to connect Vanuatu to the undersea telecommunications grid .Because it was a threat to Australia-US security ASIO and CIA diverted foreign aid and the Americans are doing it .

Enter Royal Caribbean onto the stage.

I think there’s going to be some foreign aid involved.
