I don't know the routing of their flight, but if from the EU, they have to refund - I had a quick, no effort refund from Air Transat for a Sept flight from Paris to Toronto. I recommended the credit card way, but they will use the vouchers. I think some EU countries allowed vouchers but this may have changed again. It’s all a moving target! Ashland Posted October 9, 2020 #30 Share Posted October 9, 2020 I had a trip and air booked with Lufthansa departing November 30, 2020..This was a Xmas Market tour booked with a private company which had booked my air. Land trip was cancelled by the company several months ago and was informed that they would apply for a full refund or worst case scenario flight voucher's on my behalf three days prior to flight date per their policy. Last Thursday October 1, 2020 I checked Lufthansa and my flight had been cancelled. I called the private tour company and tonight Thursday October 8, 2020 I received notice from my credit card that the entire amount had been credited back to my account.
