Accessing existing account

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their established account on Regent?

It is saying my account does not exist. It was there a few days ago and I haven't 

changed a thing. It spits out my email address as well as my password. Am I  in

some sort of limbo here?!!

Our Seven Seas Society has been updated from our canceled cruise!!!

Also, received an email from Regent today,  with balance of FCC from cruise that was canceled and we have already booked two in its place.  Still have a credit......Will hopefully use once on board to book another.....
