Just got emails from MSC for my October cruises, that have been canceled, with new lower prices. Looks like they are lowering the prices so they can give us lower FCC's. That is a really dirty trick. Here we are one day away from finding out what our FCC's are and they lower the cruise price. This is so underhanded, How do you lower the price of a cruise that's been canceled?

FCC will be based on how much you have already paid for the cancelled Cruise
Is it 125%

Perhaps OP is seeing a lower than expected FCC amount because the port fees and taxes will be refunded separately?  The FCC will only be for the cruise fare amount.
