I booked my cruise on the website which has now been cancelled, I’ve opted to take the credit with $600. How do I rebook, can I do it online again? Will I receive a code to use? Thanks

I had my ta do it so he could move my money and I didnt owe a deposit. He verified the new obc was all there. 750, 600 plus 50 booking incentive and my stock obc transferred.

If you are nervous re-booking online just call Carnival.  Whoever answers the phone will be glad to do it for you.  It may take a few minutes longer to do by calling, but at least you will know everything transferred, as the person you speak with will be able to pull up your past guest # and see what is there are not there.

Find a cruise you would like to move your cancellation too. Ship/ Date/ Cabin Via mock booking. Then call Carnival and have the person your talking to move everything and credit you for the OBC. This assures you that everything get done verses trying to get credit on website. Just be prepared to spend some time on hold. If your original booking was threw a Casino offer make sure you tell them that so they will transfer you to the Casino dept as only they can rebook you with an offer. Good Luck

Sorry to jump on your thread but I have a similar question. My Nov and Dec. cruises were paid in full using gift cards.  I plan on taking the $600 OBC option. I do not have a cruise picked out and will likely wait until next year.

Do I go ahead and opt in for that option online or just wait until I have chosen a replacement cruise?

Will I get refunded(in gift cards) anything over my deposit or does the full amount just sit there attached to the booking?
