Port of Halifax looks to Europe as example of how cruise ships could return

Interesting article on how Halifax and other ports could start to accept ships next year if there is European style “bubbling”.  Very interesting that some bookings have already been made with tour operators.  Will it happen or is this just wishful thinking?
