FCC transfer to Royal Caribbean?

Does anyone know if you can transfer FCC from Celebrity to Royal Caribbean?  We have a cruise scheduled for Jan 3, 2021 and it doesn't sound like it will be a go so I am looking at a land and sea experience for Alaska.  Celebrity doesn't have a land and sea but Royal does so I would like to take the FCC if they allow it to be transferred.  Anyone have any experience with this?

No, you can't transfer your Celebrity FCC to RCI.

It would be nice if all things transferred between Azamara, Royal and Celebrity, but no, it cant be done
