Does it make sense to use cruise line air programs for the foreseeable future?

Longish, detailed post to come in the next few days....a bit busy now.  Want you to know you are not being ignored.

NP,As an aside, we also see differences from time to time on the number/frequency of same day flights listed.

cheers

We eagerly await Flyer Talker's post about the pricing differentials found when booking airfares.  But to keep it simple, just like when booking a cruise it can make sense to shop around for the best airfares.  This is especially true with International Business and First Class fares.  Sometimes the best deals (on Bus and FC) are found with the cruise lines (especially HAL and Princess) and other times you will find better deals elsewhere.   There are also times when it pays to book through sites in different countries, but Flyer Talker will likely talk about this when he gets around to his lengthy post.

Are you not able to drop X Air at anytime without penalty unless you had a non-refundable fare?

Have you traveled already and the post is for a prior experience?

bon voyage

based upon prior experience (Oct, 2019-Nov, 2019). Already had fully paid & there was a cancellation penalty by cruise air  within the last 90 days b 4 flight.
