Venture delayed again ?

It is all very difficult about which to keep track.  It's like the old Abbott and Costello routine of "Who's on First?".

 

No surprise to me that this was their decision.  As for Rotterdam VII, after delivery, where will she anchor until she enters revenue service?  I think it is very unlikely that she will entertain any guests until the Fall, 2021, if then.

Venture's inaugural sailing was pushed to December 11, 2021 and Quest took its place in Antarctica for the 21/22 season.  Whether it gets pushed out further than December 11th remains to be seen but for now it still shows up on the Seabourn website.

Mrs Banjo and I are still looking at the Northern Lights Cruise on Venture.  But, before putting up a $6000 + deposit, I am waiting to hear if the ship is delayed again and when it will be in service.

Cruisinbanjo - no mention of the Venture. The FB live session was all about the return to cruising in Greece and the Caribbean.

Has there been any news about Venture?  Been look8ng to see if she will be in service by the end of 2021, but can’t find much.
