I wonder how this will affect cruising?
In the article linked below, it states the following??

“Getting vaccinated does not say now I have a free pass to travel,” Dr. Anthony Fauci, the White House chief medical adviser, said in a CNN global town hall last week.

All I've heard and read is that when fully vaccinated you continue with everything you've been doing. Masks, social distancing, etc.

But at least you won’t have that worry in the back of your mind about catching it and being very sick...  EM

Too many people have the belief that they do not have to follow social distancing and masks.I have a neighbor who I would see from my window never wearing a mask. She was an intelligent woman but believed everything was exaggerated. She died from Covid last week.

I've read the term "critical thinker" more this last year than ever. Also stubborn and close-minded. Infuriating.

No matter how many times these people may hear what we are relating they believe that it will not happen to them.

I actually am fully vaccinated, so I can speak from my own experience.

As of now, I still have to abide by every guideline set fourth by the CDC.  However, they are due to release guidance for folks like me.

If anyone has any questions about what it's like getting the vaccine (or any other questions about it), I'd be happy to answer from my own experience.  However, you may want to consider talking to your healthcare provider to see if they recommend the COVID vaccine for you (and which one you should get).

I actually know people who have contracted and died of COVID, and I know people that have survived it.  One of the survivors is a friend of mine who had it for 17 days.  She thought she was going to die and was actually writing out her last Will And Testament, she felt that sick (yes she was symptomatic).  I wouldn't want anyone to go through that!  And yes, we both got the vaccine the same day and are grateful that we did.
