Who else loves visiting Mayan ruins? I can't get enough of them - they're all so fascinating!

There are so many to explore throughout Mexico and you can visit some of them on shore excursions. I came up with this list of 50 ancient sites around Mexico and there's a map on the blog post so you can see where they're all located.

Have you visited any Mayan ruins before? Which ones are your favorites?  For me, I love Tulum in Mexico, Tikal in Guatemala, and Xunantunich in Belize!

Here's my blog post for those who are interested! https://justinpluslauren.com/best-mayan-ruins-in-mexico/

I feel like this belongs on a different forum. These sites are no where near where the cruise ships go and couldn't possibly be done in the 8 hours or so a person is in port

I agree.  The OP posted this to gain traffic to their blog.  The mods should have deleted long ago.
