Southeast Canadian Explorations in 2022-no PEI?

We have done only one Windstar cruise so I am seeking advice from some of you who are veteran Windstar experts. I am very interested in this Windstar 2022 cruise except it doesn't stop at Charlottetown.  In the description for their "Southeast Canadian Explorations" cruise on the Windstar website they actually have Charlottetown listed as one of the stops of interest, but it is not on the current itinerary. Does anyone know if they used to stop here, or maybe plan to do so in the future?

We've stopped there multiple times on Windstar.
