Did anyone from cc actually cruise with David and his partner?  He had stopped cruising for some time because of ill health which was such a shame as he was well travelled.  I used to enjoy his list of future cruise bookings.  As I'm a last minute cruiser, I'd be lucky to be on his list for a month or two, but I used to admire people who were on the list forever (pre Covid).  The last time I asked David a question, he didn't answer.  I now know why.

He was great with his cruise lists. Made great reading for a cruise fix. David joined CC in 2001 and contributed over 20,000 posts. He never really disagreed with anyone on here, even me !!  RIP.
