Mendenhall Glacier with a walker

Hi we are thinking of taking a taxi to Mendenhall Glacier and walking out to the falls.  How flat is the hike?  I don't have a problem with hills but need it to be fairly flat land and not climbing over tree roots and such.   I use a rollator walker and need to know if it would be possible to get all the way out?  Thanks

The trail to Nugget Falls is pretty flat. If you can handle uneven ground, you shouldn't have any problems. There are multiple paths. The paths that go out onto the beach are trickier, but the main paved path is pretty easy.

The path in some places is dirt/gravel and the distance to the falls is about one mile each direction.  It is important that you check how long you will be at the glacier to determine if you can do the two miles with your rollater in the allotted time.
