I think some of these chefs.. belong to club of putting things on top of other things....  Les

 

Parma on top of chips..... how are you meant to cut the parama without squashing chips..

 

you have to moved the chips firsts

I dislike the “stacks” they are old hat and messy looking. A tiny mess in the middle of the plate, I not a good look for me.
