I also cannot change the emergency contact, cannot accept the risk form, cannot update the health data, cannot chose an arrival/departure time and it turns my hearing aids off. I was able to order medallions and chose a dining time. This app is such a disappointment! Our banking, airline, hearing aid and other apps work seamlessly. We were on a medallion cruise in Sept.2019 and entered all our required info then. For our June 2022 cruise all the info is there again (passports, photos etc). Also, our dining preference for this cruise popped up…we had booked before they switched to MC access only. Maybe ipad? Maybe just luck? I am not planning to carry my phone or ipad around on the ship. Last time the medallion worked for anything I needed. In Canada, when using your credit card at a store, you put your card in the machine then you need put in your 4 number pin code. When you purchase at one of the stores on the ship, you put your pin code on the machine recognizes you. If you have forgotten your pin code, you can change it. On my log in, I only have under Travel - security photo🟢✔️ profile photo🟢✔️ pin code 🟢✔️ Nothing else shows up. On my cabin mate’s - everything shows up under Travel - 🟢✔️except for COVID, Health, Method of Pay No passport information I was able to order Medallions for both to be picked up at port I tried to add her Method of Pay and it freezes Strange that 2 people with the same booking #, only 1 person can complete the log in information Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The app says scan successful, but it still indicates that I need to add my travel documents. Am I missing a step. It seems pretty straight forward. In the past I entered CC info into the Personalizer but that's no longer an optio I believe. The authorization disclosure in the MC app is for Radiqal Gaming. A little online research shows that this appears to be a small SW development shop that has worked on Carnival Corp's Casino Management and Accounting System. It would appear that Princess is using this as the payment system tied to the MC app? Anyone know if this is the case? Is this a recent change? On the same Ipad, same MedallionClass App, I can log into my cabin mate (same booking number), under Travel Personnel everything shows up 🟢✔️Except for COVID, passport, and Health. Good Luck! I have the new app with the Food Option and Calendar - when I look at my profile in Princess.com it shows my current passport which does not expire till 2027. My guess is that is why it is not asking for it since they already have the correct information. Many other things also copied over like emergency contacts. I am betting that this will all work out in the end. Just make sure to get all required items in travel checklist and they green check marks, order the medallion and do the health check prior to cruising and I will be you will be ok Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Moondogy Posted June 17, 2021 #847 Share Posted June 17, 2021 Well...my app is starting to work a little better....I found a bunch of the old ocean apps from the start of medallion cruises and deleted them awhile ago, but forgot to restart the devices...duh! after restarting the device I now can access most of the stuff. It remembers a lot of the stuff from past cruises. even though I can't see it. The biggest thing I see is it says my Alaskan cruise 8/28/22 is leaving from S. However, under my spouse’s password my pictures, pin, passport, etc. also appear as does his info. Maybe because will are booked under the same booking number? I had logged in as my wife a while back and nothing going on. So, I tried it again and what a surprise!! Everything is there!! The Personal Info. The Passage Contract & Covid-19 Risk Acceptance (incomplete), Travel Docs, Security Photo, Profile Photo. We have been on Medallion Class before, so all was there and GREEN, except the doc acceptance and I could do that and also flip to my photo and do that. We have three Green checks in Blue Lane now. Understandably, it is too soon for Boarding Groups for OCT 2022 and of course the Health Form. I cannot believe I was this dumb before, but it clicks now. I have ALWAYS been the first listed passenger for our cruises as I do all the travel arrangements and deal with Princess, etc. But they have swapped things in the app when they loaded our voyages and she must be the lead. So it is her login that controls everything and I am the spouse along for the ride - which is all backasswards. So, I will see if I can get that corrected.
