Perfect Day CoCoCay

Recommended Posts

There is a lot to do that doesnt require you pay for an excursion.  Since it's your first time there I would recommend exploring without buying any extras.  There are lounge chairs provided in sun or shade on beaches, beach umbrellas provided free, some hammocks, free food and ice cream, Nice snack bar included, nice large pool with walk up bar, trolley to tour island too.

You will enjoy!!

I am also booked on 2 of the vision sailings out of bermuda.   Cannot wait!!

Coco Cay is beautiful! My husband and son paid to go to the water park once, but normally we just walk around, chill in a lounge chair, nap or read and of course have the complimentary lunch. It's a great day at the beach. We enjoy getting back on the ship early, sitting up top and looking out at the beautiful view.

Do you mean "Little Stirrup Cay"?  It is their island, they can call it whatever they like.

It is not their island, it belongs to the Bahamas.  RCCL has a 100 yr lease or whatever.  And the Phrase Perfect Day at Coco Cay refers to the experience while you are there.  It is not a name for the island.

You can, or could walk all the way around the island.  Haven't done that since the park development.  It was our fave before that, but we still like it.  But be prepared for a very crowded pool experience.

I love CocoaCay.  I used to avoid the private islands and stay on the ship (still do in Labadee) but since they built it out, I spend all day sitting and swimming in the pool. On our cruise from Nassau in June, we’re splurging and purchased the CocoaCay Beach Club pass.
