For bear viewing excursions in Ketchikan, we like Island Wings -- http://www.islandwings.com/.

 

Both vendors will give you a great experience.  If interested, they have lots of good reviews on TripAdvisor you can review.

We booked directly thru NCL, so don’t know. We had credit so ended up being less expensive that way.

We love getting out on the water- would love to see whales! We are fairly adventurous and are pretty open to anything! We love seeing nature in natural settings. We are not big fans of super touristy stuff or excursions that cram 50 people into a bus, lol.  I don't know that we will be able to afford another cruise to Alaska so we want to make it the best trip we possibly can 🙂 🙂

We love seeing whales.  We will be in Juneau for a couple of days in June and will be returning to Juneau again in August.  Both times we will be going on a small boat whale watching tour -- can't wait.
