Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

I've been eating a little to much out of boredom.

Tomorrow is a new day.

Jo I listen to you---No cleaning this weekend!  I did read it's

against the law on a Holiday no matter how long it is.😄

Almost over did my walk.  Luckily there are benches  along the trails. We stopped and rested  until the mosquitos swarmed us.

Keep forgetting where I put my car keys -  tend to put. Them down at the first place I stop when I get home.   Decided to use the key rack.   Took all the misc keys (doubled checked what they were for ——-threw away 5 keys that don’t fit any locks.  Did the same for my key ring.  Now making myself put. The keys on the rack.  95% of time I don’t use a purse just carry wallet and keys.

Weekend is over, our remembering will never be over for all

who served us in so many ways.

Back to normal ---"what ever that is"--- till the 4th of July. think July 1st

for Jo.  Terrible to say for most of us at home and not working now --

the weekends and holidays are just like other days unless we have

family or friends over which we haven't had for a year, months--whatever

your timeline was for having people near you.

Time to recover from the weekend eating if you did for any reason.

If you didn't your ahead of the game. Good Job!

Our community gym opened on 04/06/21 for three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and finally opened seven days a week on 05/26/21. So far I haven't missed a day the gym has been open; I've made 27 visits to the gym in 56 days, not including today since I haven't made it in there yet.

Not seeing a lot of weigh loss yet, 5-7 pounds depending on the day, but I am seeing a difference in muscle mass and my clothes are fitting better around my midsection. Started at 235 pounds, currently fluctuating between 227-229. Hoping to make it down to 200 by our sail date of 10/23/21 which is 145 days away. Might be a pipe dream but I'm at least happy that I've been putting in the work. I went from not visiting the gym at all to spending 90 minutes daily and I've actually starting looking forward to it instead of having to talk myself into going.

Welcome Optimus to this board.  Great job in going to the

gym and exercising. With all the exercising and eating healthy

sure you will lose weight and more inches before your cruise.

Hope everyone is doing good today. Your weather is good. you feel well

and your doing whatever you wanted to do today.

We went to the veterans cemetery on Monday and visited with DH's parents - we didn't get there last year due to the pandemic - everyone was there including the governor.  It was good to spend some time talking with DH's parents.

Spent some time in the garden and with the dog.

Today I went with DD to her ultrasound and saw the baby - everything is going well ... about 1 month left.

I need to start exercising more, I will meet with my trainer tomorrow.

Welcome Optimusprime82.

Hope everyone is doing ok.  Jan

Optimus welcome. You’ve got a great start.  Use your clothes to judge your progress.  With the amount of time at the gym you are not only burning calories but developing muscle.   The goal is doable abt 1.4 lbs a week.

I’m getting close to my ultimate goal  ( last 20lbs).  Goal was 5lbs a month but some months it’s about 3lbs. Been at it for 11 months.  Slow and steady is winning this race.
