A cruise line that takes my Yacht club grand suite booking and 3 weeks before the sailing takes it away and puts me in a deck 8 balcony cabin with no reduction in fare and if I don't like it, I can cancel attitude. No notice, nothing in writing. They had my money for over a year and they still have not refunded it despite my having a lawyer involved. What do you think they deserve from me? This time they cannot hide behind a phone, they will need to address my major dissatisfaction as I will be standing there. Not my first rodeo dealing with things on ship.
