Not yet reported in Bermuda's press: One passenger tested positive while on board and that person plus three close contacts were taken off the ship and are quarantining for 14 days in a hotel. 

There's considerable discussion of this on the Viking Ocean board.

On the Viking Ocean board they now say (at least) two  of the passengers were allowed to return to the ship. Not sure about the other two...and it's not clear why Bermuda allowed them back on board.

The current report is that the woman who tested positive and her husband are still quarantined ashore.

I do hope the Bermuda Gazette really get to the bottom of this Covid positive test and contacting tracing and two of those  get back on ship. Four of them were in a mini van on an excursion to st.George. One of the women  later received a positive Covid test.  IS this the new normal or an exception because the guy and wife  who returned  is a social influencer ,big Viking cheerleader and is in  the owners  suite.

Not sure if this is the new normal. Theres two possibilities here-- it was a breakthrough infection which is extremely rare but possible, or they lied about their vaccination status and are suffering the consequences of that.
