I'm booked for the Majestic Princess in three weeks. DH is staying at home. It will be my fourth solo cruise without him. He's an only child and doesn't want to leave his 94-year-old mother. Plus he's still working part time even though he officially retired 5 years ago.

I could never leave my spouse at home. The locks would likely be changed when I returned!

We've got 2 cruises booked.  1st is a 5 night on Anthem OTS out of Southampton, England on 10/20/2021 (our 32nd anniversary 😉).  We will then spend a few days in London before we fly down to Barcelona, Spain and board Harmony OTS on 10/31/2021 and embark on a 14 night TA 🛳️ending up in Port Canaveral which is about 30 minutes from our home.

Sue and I are booked for Jan 16, 2022 (SF to Hawaii RT 15 night Ruby Princess)

And Feb 10, 2023 (SF to Ft Lauderdale Panama Canal - New Locks - 15 night Ruby Princess)

Is anyone else on these cruises with Us?

We did the same Hawaiian Cruise Dec 3, 2019 (Grand Princess) and had a fabulous time!  There was a HUGE LGBTQ group and we met up every evening in the Wheelhouse bar!  One of the nights, about 25 of us did dinner together!  It was the warmest group we've ever experienced on a cruise!  That's why we are sailing out of SF again on  our next two cruises!!  😉

UPDATE:  We cancelled the Panama Canal (Ruby Princess SF to FLL) And ADDED:  Panama Canal (Old Locks) Island Princess Jan 5 2023 FLL to LA.  Got a Casino deal (35% off cruise & $300 casino credit)

A little nerve wracking because she's an older ship but We'd been considering the change prior to the email offer.

Got December off, so trying to take advantage of the low single supplement rates:

Dec 4, 2021 - MSC Seashore

Dec 12, 2021 - Odyssey of the Seas

Dec 19, 2021 - Oasis of the Seas

Not my favourite cruise lines but a cruise is a cruise and can't wait to get my sea legs back!

Off in a couple of weeks on a 15 night round trip on Costa Diadema from Barcelona, via Istanbul. Not to worried about wearing masks on board, but you cannot leave the ship unless you are on a official ship excursion. Not one of the excursions on this sailing is to a beach, which is a big downer.

Also, not to keen on meals in the MDR only, much prefer the buffet. I will test this cruise out and if its not to my liking, i have a TA with Costa from Barcelona to Guadeloupe in December, which i will cancel.

Still in lockdown here in Victoria Australia  so we are bored and have started booking cruises for 2022.  Have booked so far and looking at others that meet our travel plans of 12 weeks in the USA/Mexico touring and cruising.

So far;

1st week Oct 2022    puerto vallarta

Looking for a cruise   2nd week October 2022

3rd week October Seattle

6 November 2022  NORWEGIAN BREAKAWAY 14 DAYS Panama New York to New Orléans

Probably a week in New Orleans after this cruise

27 November  7 Day Bahamas CARNIVAL Legend Baltamore - Baltamore

4 December until around 20 Dec (home to Aus for Christmas)  need thoughts on another cruise or where to go to.

What a fun holiday!

New Orleans just went through a horrific Hurricane (Ida) yesterday so you may want to follow that news.  Hopefully they will be welcoming tourists again by the time you would be there but it was worth mentioning.

As for your open dates, how about Hawaii?  I check on "big" on-line TA Cruise travel sites and search all cruise lines with those dates.  Lots of options!

Keep us posted and ENJOY!!

My boyfriend and I are booked on Oasis of the Seas out of Cape Liberty on September 26, 2021; this is our second cruise (after a somewhat disappointing first cruise we did with my extended family in November 2019) and we're pumped!

My husband and I are currently booked on the Viking British Isles Explorer cruise in late March 2022.  Luckily this is still six months away as I am currently not able to enter the UK as the Philippines is on the "red list", despite my husband being a British citizen. Things are changing daily, so you never know what can happen in six months.

My husband and I have 2 cruises booked:

Nov. 29-Dec. 10, 2021 -- traveling with family on Seabourn Ovation - Miami to Miami (San Juan / St. Barts / Guadeloupe / St. Johns / Saint Kitts / Jost Van Dyke). If any of you have recommendations / suggestions for any of those stops, I'm all ears. I've been on Seabourn Quest but this will be our first time on Ovation.

7/31-8/7/22 -- Atlantis Events cruise on Oceania Marina through the Baltic (Stockholm to Copenhagen). This will be our first time on Oceania and we're looking forward to it. We did an Atlantis Baltic cruise in 2014 but it did not stop in St. Petersburg, so we're also looking forward to going there this time.

Is Atlantis booking the entire ship? If it's just a group of people, you'll find the ship gets pretty quiet after 10 PM. You should find some of the best food you've ever had on a ship. Entertainment is fairly blah. The line spends more on food than any other line, which is why foodies like us enjoy the line.

Yes, Atlantis booked the entire ship (Oceania Marina) and it sold out within about 48 hours. Therefore, fortunately, in addition to the fine food there should be some good headliners entertaining. On our last Baltic cruise with Atlantis, Megan Hilty (a Broadway performer) was a headliner and she was fantastic. We've also seen Patti LuPone on Atlantis and she was wonderful too.

We have a Jan. 2022 14 night cruise on the Riviera. Normally a chartered ship is quite a bit more. For us in a deluxe ocean view it's currently about $3500PP. The entertainment should be much better than it normally is.

I decided yesterday to book the TA on the Epic now that the US opens in November. Sorry you had to change plans and stay in Europe. Enjoy!
