This was posted on Youtube.  Though intended for agents if you watch the whole video it will inform you regarding covid related procedures, guarantees, what happens if you test positive, dining options, entertainment, etc...  Very informative

Interesting to watch but nothing new.  I thought the most interesting slide was the commission calculation.

My poor TA works too hard for that amount of money.  I guess I will send her a Christmas bonus this year.

Agree - mine has been working and earning nothing with the cancellations and covid.

Yes, I talked recently with ours and there is no money coming in. I had commented that his firm's website no longer worked. His reply was that they could no longer afford to keep it going.

 

On our 2020 cruise that never happened, he of course earned no commission. He also worked extra doing our flights through the cruise line. I did send him recently a small check as a token of I now consider him a friend and his financial situation has become so dire.

 

Hopefully, with some cruises now sailing and more to come, the fiscal situation of hard working TAs will improve.🤞
