pinkprincess1230 Posted May 4, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Are the stateroom supplied hair dryers very powerful or should I take my own? I was hoping not to have to take mine and take another pair of shoes instead! Salty Dawg Posted May 4, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2004 The hair dryers in the stateroom are not very powerful. I have always brought my own & was glad I did!

imatarb Posted May 4, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 4, 2004 I'm planning on bringing my own, since I just don't want to be caught without one that works or works well. Heck, I'm already taking everything else! PINEVIEW01 Posted May 4, 2004 #6 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Depends on the ship if they even have hairdryers and which room on others. rogersne Posted May 4, 2004 #7 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Hi, would like to know if 9a on the Triumph will have hair dryers or refrigerators. Would like to bring as little as possible so the hairdryer would be a little help. Thanks
CrusinCouple Posted May 4, 2004 #8 Share Posted May 4, 2004 I found the hairdryer on Carnival Legend to be just fine. I definetly appreciated having the extra room in my luggage! Cotton Posted May 4, 2004 #9 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Hi Pinky! Welcome to the board. You didn't say which ship you'll be on. The Holiday doesn't have a hairdryer in the cabins. madelinerose Posted May 4, 2004 #10 Share Posted May 4, 2004 I'm bringing my own because it has a cold setting and I need it with my fine, straight hair to give it body after the heat. It also has mega watts. Most hotel hairdryers lack the power and settings I prefer. Mine is a travel dryer and uses only a few inches of space. I'll have no problem packing it.
