Are there any good places to rent bikes in the Riviera ports?

I ride a bike 20 miles a day every day. I love my bike! I miss my bike when I am on cruises. I am looking for a good place to get a bike for the day in Cabo, Mazatlán or Puerto Villarta. The reviews on line are so mixed I am hoping someone here has personal experience.

For Vallarta . . .   Bicycles are seldom seen on the streets of Vallarta.  I could write a thousand word piece that would invoke the memories of FROGGER and DEATH RACE 2000, but I won't.  Trust me, a bicyclist in Vallarta is a future speed bump/hood ornament.
