WhoDatNation Posted July 16, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2021 I read under the terms and conditions that the casino can deny your chips if you don’t bring the mail with you to the cashiers cage. What if the offer came through your Carnival online account? Has anyone had any issues before in a situation like this?
hurricane0226 Posted July 16, 2021 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2021 They should have your information when you get to the ship, but you can email the casino host prior to the cruise and they should verify everything you have coming to you, and just print that out.

DenaInWyo Posted July 16, 2021 #6 Share Posted July 16, 2021 Thank you SO much for this! I just posted on another thread about how I dislike not having anything in writing about the details of casino deals. I've never had an issue and they've always had my offer/perks in the system when I get on the ship, but I'm the type that likes to have a back up or way to verify just in case. It's always driven me nuts that you don't have that. I don't understand why that can't be on your booking invoice. I will definitely take this advice!
dgreeney Posted July 17, 2021 #7 Share Posted July 17, 2021 I checked with them and received an e-mail back listing my offering: $500 fun play, $200 OBC and Drinks all over. They responded quickly. Take a copy of the response with you to the casino.

A Carnival PVP can help sort it out once you are onboard if there is a problem
