Viking 2023-2024 WC now on sale!

Just got a call from Viking that 2023-2024 WC are on sale now!  Wish we could go, but we want 2025-2026.

Viking Ocean have published a 2nd World Cruise for 2023/24. The Viking Sky will sail the same itinerary, 3 days ahead of Viking Neptune.

Just noted they added Viking Sky to Dec 2023.  I am on Viking Jupiter December 2023.  Why would they do this?  I have only been on one other Viking cruise-Tokyo to Vancouver so I am not as knowledgeable as many of you.   Thanks for any info

As RKA mentioned, it's based on demand.

 

The Viking 22/23 WC is fully sold and the initial 23/24 WC that was published only about 3 weeks ago is well sold. All cruises have no segments. The demand is there, so they have scheduled a 2nd ship. The prices have also increased, so it helps the bottom line.
