My dear friend, if I am not mistaken all the major chain hotels near the Miami Airport provide free transfer there and back. Make sure to check the hotel list and find out about the transfers. Usually this information is posted on the very Main Page of the website

For both airport and port shuttles your options are limited. Pre-virus the 3 most often suggested were MIA Embassy Suites, La Quinta East and Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon. No recent reports of they are still offering port shuttles. 🤔

We stayed at embassy suites by the airport it was ok, this was a few years ago, I rather stay at a hotel by the port.

Agree ,,, better options elsewhere than near MIA.

EB Hotel near MIA has airport and POM shuttle.

Sorry OP I am researching a little further.... EB Hotel has free airport shuttle but the shuttle they offer to POM is part of a package. You may want to check with them for price and availability.

For comparison purposes an UberX or standard Lyft from MIA airport hotels to POM should cost about $20-25 -- you can do a mock booking on the app to verify. A taxi on the meter, including minivan taxis, will run about $32-35+tip
