Hope everyone is having a good day. That your eating has gone well.

Yes it's nice here that everyone can have their own way of eating/dieting.

What works for you. Weighing in on Thursdays keeps us accountable

 

Craxe sadly to say the 1st weeks or so is water weight but it's still a weight

loss. It's off your body. Might be slower now but every pound lost is good.

 

Susan glad you found us, you've been doing good. Helps everyone when

someone is losing, gives us a push to do better.

Sounds like everyone is hanging in there.  Welcome craxe.

 

I ended up spending the night in hospital. Felt over sedated and brain fog.  Surgery was successful only moderate pain covered with Tylenol. 
 

been home 24 hours and feel better. Slept well. Don’t feel like eating.hope to get in at least 600 calories.
