NCL check in "Reference id has already been used" message

Anyone else receive this error message while doing the "Health & Safety" #7(of 8) for the check in process?

We’re you trying to use information you copied from someone else’s post? Or was it straight from the email sent you from NCL?

I wonder if it's just another "glitch", I think there've been a few.  I'd wait 24hrs and if it's not resolved... call NCL or your TA.

I jumped the gun and used someone else’s. Now I have the wrong date on my file. So I will probably get the error message too at 21 days when I try to check in. Going to call and try to fix.

I was logged into my NCL account and did my personal "check-in" and when I attempted to do my wife's got the error message at the very end.
