Where to get a Covid test in Tokyo or Yokohama

We are scheduled to be on a Celebrity cruise out of Yokohama in April 2022, and apparently, at this time,  the cruise line requires a Covid test within 72 hours of boarding.  Does anyone know where Americans and Canadians can get the tests while in Tokyo or Yokohama?

There are hundreds of labs in the greater Tokyo area that will perform quick, low-cost PCR and Antigen tests for you.

Most will give you same day results for PCR tests and Antigen test results in 20 minutes.

Most will let you register online in English.
