kalos Posted August 24, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2021 If you have already requested your invoice by E-mail and tried phoning and failed then I would fire off another E-mail to peoplesupport@carnivalukgroup.com as a complaint that you have still not received your confirmation . They may take pity on you and give P&O a wake up call for you . As far as I'm aware looking through my paperwork the confirmation invoice is the only paperwork that shows the OBC. Brian I think the invoice part is only that for the balance payment, the booking confirmation is exactly that, but includes a confirmation of the deposit paid. That's what my TA called it last time I booked anyway ("Included in your booklet is a copy of your cruise operator's own confirmation invoice ..."). My TAs cruise booklet contains a P&O booking confirmation, even the TAs own booking summary in the booklet only contains a Payment transaction statement for the cruise deposit. No I don’t have booking confirmation - I never got anything sent when I booked it and I wanted to confirm my OBC was correct.
